Lesley brings 22+ years of healthcare experience and 15+ years of management. For the last 10 years of her career, she dedicated it to the ASC industry. Prior to her experience in the ASC industry, she opened and managed a family practice group, rural health convenient care facilities, and multiple urgent care facilities with 50+ employees including physicians, allied health professionals, nurses, and office staff. Her experience includes billing, coding, meeting and exceeding national AR standards, and managed care contract negotiations.

Her experience with the medical industry and within an ASC environment has prepared her to be a mentor to Business Office Managers and their staff within the ASC industry.
