An expert in staff development and management, Kelly Grier has been integral to ASD Management from the start. Her business office procedures manual is still in use today, regularly updated with billing and coding regulations of the AMA and CMS. She is a staff recruiter and trainer, and has managed upwards of 30 surgery centers. Prior to ASD Management, she was director of reimbursement for Amedisys, business office manager and coding specialist for HealthSouth Surgery Center in Baton Rouge LA, and training coordinator for Cigna Healthcare.
